Official hotel

Original Sokos Hotel Royal Vaasa was selected as official race hotel. Hotel is located around 10 minutes drive from the venue and only 150 meters from the train station.

  • Standard room for one person 70 euros per night.
  • Standard room for two persons 80 euros per night.
  • Additional bed 20 euros per night
  • Last day to reserve room with special price is 5th of August. 

Reservations are done via www.sokoshotels.fi/en/vaasa/original-sokos-hotel-royal-vaasa and reservation code is B40RACE16. The discount is valid until 3rd of August.

Rooms and suites at the hotel include complimentary Super Breakfast Buffet, High-speed Internet access and Use of sauna and pool areas. Most rooms are non-smoking and handicap accessible rooms are available upon request.

Parking is between 10 (outdoor) and 14 (indoor) euros per day.

Camping 

It is possible to camp in the venue. Price is 5 euros per person per night and it includes electricity, showers and sauna. It also possible to use microwave and refrigerator when the kitchen is open.

Please do your reservation for Jussi Luopajärvi before 15.8.2016. While doing the reservation, please remember to mention the following things:

  • Name
  • Contact details (email and phone number)
  • Arrival date
  • Departure date

    we need the hotel name asap as we need to book early,flights etc.is there any other hotels close to the track? walking distance maybe?

    Most likely the official hotel will be Original Sokos Hotel Royal Vaasa, but we are still waiting for the price list. Unfortunately there is no hotel within walking distance. We are also expecting to get the rental car prices during next week.

      im all new to this,i have the B40RACE16 code but how do i use it? i went to book the room and its saying 440 euros!

          Could make 1 reservation, the 2nd don't accept the Reservation code. Do they activate the code only for today i.e monday?

            There is a limit how many rooms can be reserved with the code and the limit was exceeded. The limit has now been increased, so it should be possible to reserve a room.
